Approval of Minutes of Previous Board meeting deferred to next meeting.

Old Business:
PO and BP will table a list of candidates for Officer positions at our meeting in June.

Doran Trophy –

MO and TC recommend that Doug McLarty be the 2008 Recipient of the Doran Trophy.

Graduation:
Graduation will take place June 25th, 2008 at 0930 – Notre Dame Cathedral.Moved by MO, Seconded by PO, that two $500 bursaries for graduating students be donated to Saint Patrick's High School from the Friends of St. Pat's Fund. Carried.Moved by PO, Seconded by AG, that a $1,500 bursary be donated to Saint Patrick's High School from the UMC Account. Carried.

Finance Report:
The Finance Report was present by PO on behalf of the Treasurer, MO. Friends Account - $???? St. Pat's Alumni Account - $???; UMC Financial Account $???? available for disbursement this year.

New Business:
RC invited Board members to attend the annual Fight Cancer Breakfast- Wed. April 30 0700-0900. MO once again offered on behalf of the Alumni Association a donation of a flight with him for one of the raffle prizes.RC informed the Board that he will be retiring at the end of the school year. The Board expressed their appreciation to him for his many years of dedicated service to Catholic education in Ottawa, and for his time at St. Pat's.BP offered to telephone Board members in situations where the meeting has to be changed at the last minute.
