Approval of Minutes of Previous Board Meeting:
Moved by VK, Seconded by MO that the Minutes of the April 21, 08 Board Meeting be approved. Carried.

Old Business:
Moved by BP, Seconded by VK, that Karen King be elected to the Board of the St. Pat's Alumni Association. Carried.

Doran Trophy –
Plaque for Doug McLarty is ready to go. Doug will be asked to say a few words.

Graduation:
Graduation will take place June 25th, 2008 at 0930 – Notre Dame Cathedral.
RC has two cheques for $500 and one for $1500 (Oblate Bursary)

Finance Report:
The financial report indicated that at that time there was $2801.39 in the Friends of St Pats Account on which the St Peters bursary and Alumni Bursaries (total $2500) would be drawn; and that the Alumni Account balance was $1179.98.

Moved by MO, Seconded by PO that the Finance Report be adopted. Carried.

New Business:
Moved by BP, Seconded by TC that the following Directors be elected to the following Officer positions for the period September 2008 to September 2010- Marc Ouellet (President); Vince Harris (Vice President); Marc Ouellet (Treasurer). Carried.
The Secretary Position will be filled at the September Board meeting.
The following individuals volunteered to take responsibility for Newsletter (Vivian Keefe); Web site (Vince Harris)Special notice was made of the long time contribution (14 years) of Paul Ouellet to the St. Pat's Alumni Association.
2009 is the 80th Anniversary of St. Pat's High School
